Nature Lovers Consultancy Limited set to Support environmental conservation in West Pokot

A team from Nature Lovers Consultancy Limited led by Managing Director, Dr. Mary Manana today paid a courtesy call to the department of water, environment and natural resources ahead of its official launch in the county. 

They were received by County Executive Committee Member for water, environment and natural resources, Hon. Lucky Litole who applauded their commitment in environmental conservation. She assured the consultancy of the county government’s support and dedication to conserve and boost
the livelihoods of the county residents.

Barked by the National Ministry Of Education, State Department for Basic Education under the tree restoration campaign, Nature Lovers Consultancy Limited is willing to employ youths and women nursery bed operators, distribute seedlings to schools as well motivate teachers and learners in the 4K clubs to plant and care for the trees.

In echoing, the CEC's comment, Chief Officer of the department, Leonard Kamsait welcomed the move and urged the consultancy to collaborate with the department in achieving the President Ruto's tree restoration program of planting 15billion trees by 2032.
