Simon Kachapin joined fellow governors in the 24th Ordinary Session of the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC), held at the Deputy President’s Official Residence in Karen, Nairobi County.The session convened governors, cabinet secretaries, representatives from various commissions, independent offices, and other key stakeholders to discuss and align on crucial budgetary and economic issues.
