The delegation discussed the ongoing efforts to protect vulnerable children and provide safe shelters for rescued girls in the county.

World Vision has been a key partner in funding various development projects in West Pokot, with a strong focus on child protection and welfare. The visit reinforced the fruitful collaboration between the county government and World Vision in addressing critical social issues.

Governor Kachapin expressed his gratitude for the continued support and committed to establishing a dedicated fund to support the rescued girls at the St. Elizabeth Shelter, further enhancing the county's capacity to protect and empower vulnerable children.
